The Model-Change application is now available for completion and submission through your Family Skyward account.
To learn more about each learning model, or find step-by-step instructions, visit www.mlsd161.org/reopening/.
If you plan to continue your current learning model and do not wish to change, no action is required.
As a reminder, due to safety regulations, staff and classroom availability, and increased demand for in-person learning, requests will be individually considered and prioritized, beginning with students in the most need. Unfortunately, this means we cannot guarantee your change request.
- Applications are due December 15, 2020
- Applications must be submitted through your Skyward account for consideration.
- You will receive a notification of your application status by January 22.
- Model changes are effective on the first day of the second semester, February 4, 2021.
