Dear Parents and Guardians,
We are looking forward to getting started on September 14. In preparation for our start I just want to give additional information based on the choice option for your student.
Option1 Blended learning: We are scheduling parent conference for September 9-11. Before you go to your conference please check out the Chromebook. This will allow for your teacher to provide information about learning during the conference. You are welcome to conference with Zoom, but will still need to pick up a Chromebook. After picking up your Chromebook at the entrance of the school, please go to the outside door of the classroom to meet for the conference. A map is also provided.
Options 2 On Campus: We are scheduling parent conference for September 9-11. Before you go to your conference please check out the Chromebook. Option 3 Online: Please plan on checking out your Chromebook on September 9. We will have three stations open to complete the check-out in front of the school and on the east side of the school. You can access the check-out through both parent pick up lanes (one on the west and one on the east both on Nelson Road). The checkout times are from 9:00-11:00 and 5:00-7:00. If for some reason these don’t work for you please let us know.
Included in this email are the school supply lists and a map of the school.
First day of learning is September 14. If you have option 1 or 2, please drop your student off as close to 9:00 as possible. The playground will be closed and we will not have supervision available.
